Krysti's Hypnotic Story

Hypnosis wasn't always in my sight, but I'm very fortunate to have opened my world to it, and to have become a certified hypnotist.  After graduating from college, I had fantastic dreams of changing the world and helping people heal.  Several years later, however, I wasn't where I wanted to be in life and felt stuck and unfulfilled.

So I decided to do something about it, and opened myself to the possibility of new opportunities.  I asked myself, "What can I do that involves the mind-body connection?" Immediately "hypnosis" popped into my head.  Ahhh, the power of the subconscious mind - up until that point, the only exposure I had to hypnosis was what I'd seen on TV or stage shows in college.  Relying upon the wisdom of this inner guidance and wisdom, I became motivated and determined to investigate the details of hypnosis.  After contacting several local hypnotists I was given some direction, and a few weeks later I took my first hypnotherapy certification course. Just like that and I was swept away… and I've been going ever since!

Thinking back on my life, I now realize that I have used self-hypnosis several times without even understanding what I was doing. I have seen many of my aspirations become reality, and was even able to eliminate a medical condition I had for many years. Hypnosis is powerful stuff… and the most exciting thing about it is that each and every one of us already possesses what we need in order to achieve our wildest dreams. Reach for the stars, and you just may be able to touch one!

So now, 10 years later, I'm discovering I can use my passion for animals, wildlife and the environment, and help make a difference in the world by helping people feel good at the same time.  Through the years I've learned that nothing great can ever be achieved without a little faith in the universe and the guiding forces behind us all.  It has been such beautiful synchronicity.  

Hypnotism Background
Krysti Turznik (formerly Mainzinger) earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin — Stevens Point, in 1997.  She received hands-on hypnotism training from the Illinois state-approved Leidecker Institute in Elgin, Illinois, in 2000.  Her hypnotism certification was awarded through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), the oldest and largest organization of hypnotists.  Krysti also holds a membership to the International Association of Medical and Therapeutic Specialists (IAMTS).

Continuous education has resulted in specialized hypnotism training including:
