Inspired Life Summit Speaker Agreement

This Inspired Life Summit Guest Agreement is entered into this date by and between Powerful Mind Wellness, herein after referred to as “Producer”, and the “Speaker” (whose name is to be provided at the bottom of this agreement). Whereas, Producer is the owner of that certain business operating a website to offer personal growth and development related products and services to its members, including without limitation, the presentation of educational material on related subjects to its members, clients and customers; and Whereas, Speaker is a recognized authority on the subject(s) that both Parties believe to be beneficial to the Producer’s members, clients and customers; and Whereas, the Parties desire to work together to promote Speaker’s expertise through an online presentation at Producer’s Inspired Life Summit. Now, therefore, in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Content. Speaker agrees to present his/her material in a professional interview style format. The presentation will be a minimum of 90% educational content and a maximum 10% pitch. The objective is to have the participants leaving each session feeling that they received value—and not the victim of a pitch-a-thon. Speaker’s intention should be to create a “Wow-Factor” with the audience. 2. Pre-series Promotion. Speaker shall enthusiastically promote his/her participation in the event to Speaker’s complete (and active) list, to Speaker’s affiliates and anywhere else possible. Speaker agrees to mail according to Producer’s promotional schedule at least 3 times during the launch. Producer will provide promotional emails to Speaker. Speaker is encouraged to customize the letters and promotion as Speaker sees fit, keeping with with overall message and intention of the promotional material. Speaker shall also actively promote on social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Producer will create a Facebook event. Speaker will actively share and invite Speaker’s friends and fans to this event. Speaker acknowledges that the success of this program depends on Speaker’s faithful promotion, and should Speaker not promote in accordance with this Agreement, they may be replaced at Producer’s option. 3. Promotion of Sessions. Producer is committed to promoting the event as effectively as possible. Therefore, Speaker agrees to provide the following items within two days of this Agreement (and not later than 15 days prior to the event): Note that most of these items may already be in Producer’s possession. a. Speaker’s picture (.jpg or .png) b. Speaker’s bio and introduction c. A “Bonus” gift that Producer can promote as part of the opt-in process when the entire event is promoted. 5. Copyright of Material. By participating in the Inspired Life Summit, you agree to allow the Producer, to record, distribute, and publish the interview in any manner. You also agree to allow the Producer and the Inspired Life Summit to retain rights to the produced media for potential future use in speeches, books, and in all other public distribution. 6. Goodwill. All parties agree to operate from a space of integrity, cooperation and communication and work together to solve any problems or challenges that may arise. Should there be any conflict, the parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement and the relationship. There shall be no negative statements issued about the parties—directly or obliquely—in public forums. 7. Sole Agreement: This writing contains the full essence of the Agreement between parties hereto, and there are not other representations or understandings, either verbal or written, between the two parties.
