Hi, I’m Krysti.
I help people feel better in their bodies, calmer in their minds, and more connected to themselves — especially after long periods of stress, pressure, or holding it all together.
My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, mindset, and holistic support. I don’t believe healing happens through force or fixing. I believe it happens when the body finally feels safe enough to release what it’s been carrying.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, unwanted habits, digestive imbalance, weight changes, and a deep sense of disconnection from themselves — often despite having “done everything right.”
What I’ve seen again and again is this:
When the nervous system softens, change becomes possible.
My approach blends practical nervous system support, subconscious and mindset work, guided rituals, and (when appropriate) gentle herbal support. This allows us to work with your whole system — not just your thoughts or behaviors.
I’m currently completing my clinical herbalism training, and I bring that lens into my work in a grounded, responsible way — as a complement to nervous system and mindset support, not a replacement for medical care.
