One of the things I’ve noticed over the last 15 years is that the people who are the most successful in life are the ones who breathe. Funny joke, right?… Of course you need to be alive and breathing to be successful!
But I’m talking about taking those deep breaths that help you move through things that come up. Why? Because when you align yourself with what you really want to feel, experience, and understand while you’re here on Earth, you are more tuned in to those things that will keep you moving forward and help you to live your purpose more fully. You also have more stamina, perseverance and are willing to do whatever it takes.
As you go through your day today, notice if you’ve stopped breathing… if you’re holding your breath in times of tension. Notice if you’re resisting what has come into your life. Dive into an understanding of the things that cause your body to contract. Shift those things are in your control. Practice consciously breathing until you can move through the situation more easily with your breath.
There will always be times in life when things are hard, or someone causes a hurt, or a difficult decision must be made. But if you breathe and stop resisting what “is” – then you can discover what you really think and feel in order to make the best decision for yourself.
You’re here for a big purpose and if you allow all the “things” in life to slow your progress, then you won’t be able to make as big of an impact. And you are here to create a BIG impact in the world. The world simply wouldn’t be the same without you. So remember to breathe, and get on creating your best life possible.
