Summer is nearing its end. It’s a time of great transition and there is a dynamic shift in the energy as well.
Many children are entering school for the first time or returning to school. It’s a new beginning. A fresh start. A grand adventure. There is a sense of excitement and liveliness in the air. Thoughts of “What will the future bring?” and “What will I learn and discover?” and “Who will I become?” start to surface. Adults begin to take a deep breaths again and shift their focus once more from outside activities to internal ones.
As we begin this last quarter of the year in just a few days, I invite you to take an opportunity to reflect back upon the goals you set out for yourself at the beginning of the year. Have you accomplished your goals? If not, have you at least moved forward on them? If not, why not?
Are you deep in all the reasons why you can’t or haven’t been able to do it? How many of these sound familiar…
- “I’m too busy.”
- “I don’t have enough time.”
- “Now’s not a good time.”
- “I don’t have enough money.”
- “My spouse won’t let me.”
- “I have responsibilities to my children/job/family and have to put them first.”
The weeks and months speed by and before you know it another year has passed and you find yourself living with regret. This is the day you can choose to claim something different for yourself.
Just look at what Lee T. has to say about finally deciding she was worth it…
Let me tell you that YOU ARE WORTH IT. You deserve to be the best, to have the best, to experience the best. Allow yourself to step into that belief, unlock your potential, and experience your possibilities!
Wishing you all the best,
Krysti
