There are moments in life when something doesn’t feel like a change at all.
It feels like a return.
What I’m about to share with you is not a sudden pivot or a sharp turn in my work. It’s more like coming home to something that’s always lived quietly at the center of who I am.
I’ve been asked recently why herbalism, and why now.
The honest answer is that I never really left it.
This deepening into herbalism grew out of a very real, very personal search for answers — especially as my family has navigated health challenges that required more than surface-level solutions. I found myself craving something tangible. Something grounded. Something that met the body where it was, rather than asking it to keep pushing forward.
It felt like landing the plane.
For years, my work has lived primarily in the realms of mindset, intuition, and spiritual alignment. And those aspects of healing will always matter deeply to me. But what became impossible to ignore is this truth: we are not only minds or spirits walking around in bodies. We are a blending.
And sometimes, the body needs attention first.
Sometimes the nervous system needs soothing before clarity can emerge. Sometimes the physical body needs support before behavior, beliefs, and habits can truly shift. When the body is depleted, inflamed, overwhelmed, or dysregulated, it becomes incredibly hard to access the wisdom of the mind or the guidance of the soul.
Herbalism offered me a bridge.
Plants work gently. They don’t force change. They support it. They meet the body with patience and intelligence, reminding it how to return to balance in its own time. That philosophy mirrors everything I believe about real transformation.
This is why stepping into herbalism feels less like a switch and more like an expansion — one that is rooted in nature and aligned with soul.
I’ve spent my life questioning the mainstream approach. Wondering if there was a different or better way. Trusting that there is a time and place for many tools, but also knowing that the body holds wisdom we are often taught to override. In many ways, this has been a turning back to my own nature, my foundation in science, and a deeper honoring of the mind–body–spirit connection.
The herbal offerings I’m introducing are created with that same intention.
They are not about fixing or forcing. They are about listening. About tuning into the wisdom of your mind to recognize what you need, harnessing the wisdom of plants, and allowing the innate intelligence of your body to participate in your healing.
This work supports emotional balance and physical regulation. It complements mindset and spiritual practices rather than replacing them. It offers something to hold onto when insight alone isn’t enough — when your system needs grounding, nourishment, and steadiness.
This is the next chapter of my work, and I’m so grateful you’re here for it.
If you feel called to explore these herbal offerings, I invite you to visit my herbal shop and see what’s blooming. Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, resilience, or deeper connection to yourself, there is something here designed to support the whole of you.
Rooted in Nature. Aligned with Soul.
Lots of love,
Krysti
P.S. This is just the beginning. I’ll be sharing more about how these herbs work alongside mindset and spiritual alignment, and how to know what your body is asking for in each season of your life. If you’ve been craving a more grounded way to support your well-being, trust that this curiosity didn’t arrive by accident.
