Will you be happy if nothing changes?
How happy would you be if you were in exactly the same place, with the same stress and the same struggles a year from now? How much closer will you have gotten to having and doing all the things that are in your heart today?
It’s really a question of if you’re willing to actively choose your life (and everything in it), or if you’ll simply allow yourself to maintain the status quo you’ve been living (including the stress and struggles).
From my experience working with hundreds of women (and heart-centered men), what tends to happen is that unless you’re willing to make some changes to the way you’ve been living, you’ll perhaps make some strides forward on your own but then fall back to old patterns when you feel resistance or encounter self-doubt. Maybe you’ll even fall into self-attack about not being able to follow through, find the time, or stay committed to what you feel called to do.

In order to shift into experiencing that life you’ve just imagined, you need to have a powerful vision of it. Maybe you know you want more and have a feeling of discontent but aren’t sure of what you want to do. Perhaps you’re boxed in by your success and not sure what’s next. You need to overcome confusion and step into clarity about what you want, because your reality is created twice: first on the inside, then on the outside.
You also need to become a vibrational match to what you’re currently experiencing and take action to close the gaps between your current experience and your inspired vision. Transformation starts within. Your thoughts impact your feelings which in turn effect the actions you take and thereby influence the outcomes you experience. Your energetics must be aligned with your desires.
Yet, you also need practical steps to make your vision a reality. Once you repattern your thoughts and become a vibrational match to your desires, you need a strategic process in place to bring your longings into reality. No amount of positive thinking is going to get you there unless you’re taking the necessary actions to achieve it as well.
Deep in your heart, I know you’re longing to feel your life is on purpose, to do the work you absolutely love doing, and to feel fulfilled at a higher level than ever before.
