They come from the deepest place within yourself that knows the possibilities for your potential and your future.
It’s a balance of your mindset, heartset, and soul. It doesn’t require more efforting but rather more honoring… of yourself, your journey, and who you are and are meant to be.
It is one of the greatest gifts of self-love and self-care that you can offer to yourself.
When you fear the unknown, you’re not living in the present. You’re getting caught up in either memories of the past or doubts and imaginings of the future.
Neither allow you to trust in yourself or the Source of consciousness behind everything in the universe. In doing so, you close off your relationship with a deeper truth that embodies your greatness and your ability to honor your soulful purpose and the calling to be who you are meant to be.
If you’re fearing the unknown, witness and identify your thoughts about your next steps. Notice if they come from fear or faith in your abilities. Tap into your feelings and notice how your body feels when you think about the choices before you. Notice if they are expansive and inviting or constricting and repellant. Tune into your inner wisdom and listen to the guidance that is offered. Your soul will always lead you to opportunities for your greatest evolution and growth.
All possibilities lie before you when you are standing on the edge of change. How you interpret that is up to you.
With each choice you make you step closer to a more intimate connection with yourself and loved ones, greater fulfillment and success in your endeavors, more abundance, and a deeper alignment with the life you desire, or alternately, you step further away from them and move into hardship, disharmony, fear, and increased struggle.
The question you must ask yourself is whether you want to live your life from a place of fear or faith.
You can choose to forget that everything you have experienced in your life has perfectly positioned you to be able to handle whatever arises in your life. You can fear the worst and discount your past successes of overcoming obstacles or hardships. You can doubt your knowledge and insight and try to control only the things you can see and touch with your physical senses. You can dismiss the support you have in your life and convince yourself that you’re all alone.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
You can believe in yourself, your abilities, and your vision of your future and know that you can navigate your experiences with grace and ease. You can trust that everything that is showing up in your life is there for you to learn and grow from so you can fulfill your highest destiny. You can have faith that you are being guided by a power that is beyond comprehension and allow divine guidance and synchronicity to lead you to greater possibilities that you might imagine.
The choice is up to you.
You won’t know the full extent of the outcomes your choices will create, yet it’s certain that if you hesitate and delay for too long you will unconsciously be making a choice to stay where you are. When you resist making a choice, your fear of the unknown closes off the potential for transforming your life and becoming who you’re meant to be.
Yet even the smallest of belief that your future can be everything you hope it would be will move you in that direction. Borrow my belief, %FIRSTNAME%, if you need to but you can trust that all shall be well.
You are strong enough to make a choice, smart enough to rise to the occasion, and prepared enough to see it through. The support and answers you need are within and all around you.
Faith or fear… which will you choose? (I’m rooting for faith).
Lots of love,
