You deserve to be true to yourself, have deep certainty in your innate value and worth, and feel peaceful and in control in your life (in good times and bad).

What happens for many women is that somewhere between building their career, finding the love of their life, and raising children, their priorities shifted and the life they’ve created no longer fits who they are or the desires they feel building within them calling for more.  So they end up settling for less than they deserve and sacrificing their happiness just to make things work at home and in work.

The interesting thing is that this awareness often sneaks up on you.  One day you’re minding your own business and then you get a dose of reality that causes you to ask yourself, “How did I get here?”

If you’re fortunate when you look around, you’re amazed at the blessings and gifts that you have in your life.  You feel the deep appreciation for your loved ones, the beautiful home you live in, and the successful career you’ve made for yourself.

Or perhaps you’re disappointed with the dreams you set aside, the lack of purpose that fills your life, or the numbness and disconnection you’ve felt for far too long.

It doesn’t matter which side of the coin you’re experiencing at the moment.  There’s a saying that says, “You didn’t come this far just to come this far.”

Let that sink in.

All the trials and tribulations, and the joys and successes, are part of the story of who you’re becoming.  A blip in time that will give way to the next.  This isn’t as good as it gets or all that life has to offer.

There’s so much more waiting for you

So the problem isn’t where you are, the problem is how you will move forward.  Because no matter where you are, there’s more out there for you and that’s what that inner calling you have within has been trying to tell you.

Where you are in this moment in your life is simply a reflection of what has happened in the past.  It’s a combination of your thoughts and the resulting actions they produced, in relation to the situations you encountered.

As you reflect upon your life, think about how it can get better than what you’re currently experiencing.  Discover where you need to shift so you can feel greater happiness, deeper meaning, better health, stronger relationships, and the freedom of lifestyle to honor your soul… and then do just that.  Make that shift.

Getting clear about the state of your self-image, the effectiveness of your mindset, and your connection to your spirituality and deeper self, will guide you on your alignment with happiness and where you might be off-balance.  Click here to download a quick quiz for a snapshot of what that looks like for you.

But if you really want to put together a lifestyle and legacy that honors you and your deepest desires, then you need coaching and guidance every step of the way.

I personally have 4 coaches (yep 4!) helping me take my personal and business life to the next level.  One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in my 20+ years’ experience of doing this work is you don’t have to do it alone and you don’t need to recreate the wheel.  You can tap into the zones of genius of others who have insight into what you want and learn the shortcuts to get there.

Do you have that support?  If not, who can you reach out to so you can step into the greatest version of yourself?

I’m cheering you on.

Hugs,
Krysti

P.S. If you haven’t watched my most recent training on overcoming the 4 False Beliefs that are Preventing Your Success, then click this link and do it now.  You don’t have to choose between your dreams and your family or career.  You don’t have to grow old regretting that you never got to do everything you dreamed of when you were younger.  Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know, or you don’t know how you’re getting in your own way.  In this moment, you can choose to honor yourself  (and your purpose) like never before and take a stand for the life you’d like to live.  You can do this.  xo
