Is your life your own?
Have you allowed yourself to create and experience everything that’s possible for you by going all in on your life or have you given away, tucked away, or thrown away pieces of yourself and now you’re feeling stuck?
It’s joyful, vibrant, uplifting, and meaningful when you’re living life in alignment with the core of who you are. It feels good. Even when challenges appear, they feel manageable and you trust you have the inner resources to move through them with ease and grace.
Yet it often feels like overwhelm, exhaustion, becoming quick to anger, excessive guilt, numbing out, overworking, health issues appearing, relationship problems persisting, and financial difficulties when you’re misaligned and out of balance.
Maybe your life no longer “fits” the way it used to and you’re living the life of an older version of who you once were.
Maybe you’re letting others decide how your life unfolds, unconsciously giving away your power and dealing with the consequences as best as you can.
Maybe warning signs have started flashing because for too long you’ve missed or ignored the silent calls that something needs to change.
Those are wake up calls encouraging you to own your future.
Honor your life. Honor your rejections, your loss, your sadness, your discontent, and your breakdowns and crises, and use them to remember a deeper truth of who you’re meant to be and the purpose of your life.
Because if you won’t, then who will? If not now, when?
Your soul, your higher Self, is inviting you to move into your highest potential. The longing you feel within your heart is your opportunity to make a change and choose something different. Honoring that call will lead you to experiencing deeper meaning and greater fulfillment.
There is so much more for you that’s possible. And truly, it’s your divine responsibility to show up as fully and powerfully for yourself as possible so you can show up for the people and passions you love more completely.
It’s not too late. You haven’t missed your chance. You can cultivate the courage to overcome the fears and doubts that may surface. You’re good enough, smart enough, and worthy enough to follow your inner guidance so you can have more joy and freedom to live your life the way you choose.
But first, you need to stop pushing and punishing yourself.
It’s time to stop beating yourself up for the mistakes you made, the detours life has taken you upon, and the ten million reasons why you’re not as happy as you know you could be.
It’s OK to admit you’re not where you want to be.
That’s the first and hardest step.
It’s also OK to admit you need more in your life. More belief, more compassion, more joy, more connection, more balance, more love, more impact, more meaning.
It serves you and everyone else to become the best of who you can be so you can fulfill your highest potential.  It’s a commitment you have to yourself, first and foremost, and as a result you show up differently in the world.
Be a blessing in your own life.
You don’t need to run from your past, hide the hurt, or settle and sacrifice without end.  Let yourself tell the truth, if only to yourself at first, about what you really want, need, and know to be true for yourself. Then allow yourself to take the action required so you can start creating a more meaningful life.
I’m cheering you on and here to support you to do just that.
Lots of love,
Krysti
