When you say no, you’re also saying yes

I get it.
The deep restlessness you’re feeling inside won’t go away despite everything you’ve tried.  You want to be at peace with yourself and make a difference in people’s lives.

It’s been too long that you’ve been just going through the motions of everyday life without really living.  You know there should be more to life, but you don’t know how to find it.

Somewhere along the way, you lost your passion.
You lost your purpose.
And you’re far from fulfilled.

At times you feel deep sadness that you’ve strayed so far from where you want to be.  Other times, you just feel numb and try to soothe yourself in the best ways you know how, but you can only stifle those feelings for too long.

You’re tired of feeling stuck and know your coping strategies are failing you.  If you’re being honest, some of your old habits have started to creep back up and now you’re dealing with those again on top of everything else.

I’d like to help you understand what’s really going on.

You need a mindset shift.
Where are you stopping yourself and getting in your own way?

Where are you afraid to take the leaps of faith that will propel you toward joy and happiness?

Where do you need to lean more deeply into greater courage and confidence, more value and worth?

Here’s the truth:  When you say no to something, you are by default saying yes to its opposite.

When you say “no” to limiting fears and disappointment, you are saying “yes” to courage and confidence, happiness and success.

When you say “no” to self-doubt and believing yourself to be unimportant, you are saying “yes” to your innate value and worth.

When you say “no” to being stuck or unfulfilled, you are saying “yes” to your deepest spiritual purpose and a life with more meaning and value.

There is a trade-off for every thought you think.  If you say “yes” to this, it’s “no” to that.  “No” to that, “yes” to this.

What are you saying “yes” to?
What are you saying “no” to?

If nothing changes, and everything stays the same, are you OK with that?

If you’re not, then it’s time to figure out where you need to start saying “yes” to so you can create a life that feels like a day at the beach.

Sending you lots of love,

P.S.  I’m holding the door open to the opportunity of working together to create a life and future that speaks to your soul.  You’re in my circle because you feel called by the messages I share and know I can help you get out of your own way.  I know it may feel like it’s not the right time with all of the uncertainly, but if I’m being honest, that’s exactly why now is the perfect time.  As you’re creating this new way of living in our changing world, it’s time to make sure you’re creating a life that is mentally, physically, and spiritually sustainable.

But doing so is going to require you to leave your zone of comfort and embrace the unknown. And THAT requires courage and confidence.  Nothing will grow your own confidence and connection to your deepest self faster than the realization that someone else believes in you!

I believe in you.  Always.  Schedule your no-cost/no-pressure call with me HERE.
